Vaibhav brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in engineering design, product development, and leadership across global teams and diverse industries.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Executive MBA in Operations and Finance, he combines strong technical depth with business acumen to deliver value-driven engineering solutions.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led R&D, New Product Development, and Engineering Excellence initiatives for multinational teams across North America, Europe, and India. His expertise includes Engineering Design, Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), New Product Introduction, along with Design for Manufacturability, Lifecycle Assessments, and Value Engineering.

Vaibhav has consistently delivered cost-saving innovations, filed multiple patents, and championed digital transformation through tools like FEA and MCAD systems. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and delivering “first-time-right” solutions that align with both technical and business goals.

As a guest faculty for the Project Management at leading Management Institutes and a published author, he continues to mentor aspiring professionals in project leadership and engineering management.

Mr. Chandrashekhar Deshpande is IIT Bombay Alumnus and has over 42 years of Structural Design and Project Management experience in Petro Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Man made fibers, cement and textile industries. He is Head – Structural Engineering and leads all the technical activities.

He has worked at various positions at organizations like FLSmidth, Aker Solutions, Dalal Consultants, Bhagwati Designs, C E Godse Chartered Engineers, A+B Development Consultants (Saudi Arabia), Arabian Erectors (Saudi Arabia), Western India Erectors, Richardson and Cruddas and Tata Consulting Engineers.

Analyzing the problem, doing quick hand calculations and providing accurate and innovative solution is his core competency. He also provides guidance to technical team on day to day projects and ensures that technical deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. He ensures that technical team stays updated with the technological advancements.

To name a few, he has worked on cement plant projects like Conveyor Galleries, Air Slides, Clinker Silos, Pre-heater Building and Deep Pan Conveyor Structures. He has also worked on design of Ethanol Plant in Vietnam, Design of RC Water Tanks and Analysis of Piping Networks.

Notable projects he has handled are Structural Engineering of CP11 plant of Reliance Polyester at Hazira, Rail loading terminal for Reliance-Petrochemical at Jamnagar, CGMP Building for Reliance Life Sciences at Navi Mumbai, Blast Protected Control Building for Dabhol Power Plant, Infrastructure Building for KGD6 at Kakinada, Durgapur Steel Plant Modernization, Civil and Structural Engineering of Indorama Synthetics-Butibori Nagpur and Steel and RCC Structures of Gujrat Glass-Baroda.
